I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Vinh Vo-Sang and Lawyer Duc Dang for the highly practical and insightful session on the legal aspects of Private Equity (PE) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
I was particularly impressed by the strategic approach to transforming Legal Due Diligence (Legal DD) findings into powerful negotiation tools, as well as the skillful design of transaction structures to optimally allocate risks within the Vietnamese market context. The in-depth knowledge shared on SPA and SHA has become invaluable “baggage” that enriches and completes my professional perspective.
Beyond the technical expertise, this networking event offered a precious opportunity to connect, engage, and learn from experienced professionals and fellow dealmakers in our community. The openness and diverse experiences shared by everyone not only helped young professionals like me expand our networks but also provided sharper, more realistic insights into the world of deal-making.
