- The content is developed on the basis of real-world tasks of associate-level dealmakers at international standards.
- Training is conducted through a combination of theory and feedback from the training expert on simulated investment deal and M&A case studies.
- Simulation pratice includes presentation and defense the investment case to Investment Committee and negotiation between PE investors and sell-side investment bankers
- Participants of the PE-IB Analyst Program: Individuals enrolled in the Private Equity (PE) – Investment Banking (IB) Analyst program.
- Analysts who have worked or are currently working at a private equity fund or in investment banking advisory for at least one year.
- Finance professionals with 4 – 5 years of relevant experience: Finance professionals with a minimum of 4-5 years of applicable experience.
- Level 3 CFA candidates (passed Level 2)
- Note: For candidates who have not completed the Analyst program, the Center will review each case individually and reserves the right to reject applications if the candidate is deemed to lack sufficient knowledge and work experience.
