Anyone working in the investment industry understands that thoroughly assessing an investment target before committing capital is the most critical task. Therefore, we encourage potential students to complete a brief assignment to thoroughly evaluate the course before making any payment. If you have not conducted a thorough investigation to confidently invest your money, time, and effort, we advise against rushing into paying the tuition fee. Once you have conducted your research and feel confident in your decision, you may proceed with the payment and enrollment in the course.

After you have registered, filled out the registration form and transferred the tuition fee, the Center will send an email confirming your registration and tuition payment. Before the opening day, the Center will send you a zoom link with the link of the Google Drive containing the documents of each lesson for you to download directly.

Students who fully participate in the training sessions and complete all the exercises that meet the requirements of the Trainer will be granted a Certificate of Course Completion. Time to complete within 1-3 months after the date of the last session of the training course.

When students register for a virtual course, they will study directly with a Coach via the Zoom platform. Therefore, students will not receive lecture recorded videos of the sessions as in the case of registering for an E-learning course. However, students will be able to share theoretical materials (presentation pdf files), additional references on the topic of the lesson, and possibly actual material of the studying topic.

Training materials will be uploaded in advance to the Google Drive for each session and students will be emailed with the class zoom link as well as the Google Drive link so they can access and download the materials. This link is only authorized to access separately for each student according to the email the student has declared when registering for the training course.

The training language in the Private Equity and Investment Banking Courses for Dearmakers (levels) is Vietnamese. However, all PE and IB Training Course materials are presented in English, including legal documents. In addition, because Private Equity and Investment Banking always use English to communicate and prepare documents, the use of specialized terms and documents in English is mandatory. Therefore, we recommend that students have an English level equivalent to IELTS 6.5 to be able to study effectively.

The Private Equity (PE) and Investment Banking (IB) training course for Dearmakers will have 3 levels, for PE – IB specialist positions from low to high: Analyst, Associate and Vice President. The structure and proportion of background knowledge, specialized knowledge of PE – IB, professional skills, and soft skills are designed differently at each level, helping students to equip the most essential competencies for suitable position, not too much, but not too little.

The Associate Level Private Equity and Investment Banking Course for Dearmakers is suitable for:

  • Former students of the Private Equity – Investment Banking training courses at Analyst level
  • Personnel working in the financial and banking industry with 3-4 years of experience in analyzing and investing in listed securities want to move to Private Equity and Investment Banking
  • Analysts have worked for 2 years at Private Equity and Investment Banking companies and want to improve their knowledge skills to meet job needs and promote.

The Center does not have a policy that allows registered students to transfer the course to another person. However, depending on the specific case and based on the legitimate reasons of the student, the Center may consider allowing the transfer. When permitted, the student is obliged to find a re-assignee and the Center will not be

To study the Private Equity – Investment Banking courses, you don’t need to learn major in finance and accounting in university. However, to keep up with the training, it’s best to meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • You have worked for 3-5 years with jobs related to various stages of Private Equity or Investment Banking, such as M&A lawyer, M&A strategy consulting or implementation, post-management consulting M&A, etc
  • You have been studying to take the exam in the CFA program, at least level 1
  • Are you working at the support department of a stock investment fund, a PE fund or a company with investment banking services?

Recent reality shows that some students of the Private Equity – Investment Banking Course at Analyst level, although not majoring in finance and accounting, are only studying CFA level 1 but have absorbed the course content very well, and they are very pleased with the results.
