Hosted by Vietnam Investment Nurturing Hub, this Alumni Networking Event is set to take place in Ho Chi Minh City on October 18, 2025, and in Hanoi on November 07, 2025.

This semi-annual Networking Event is a unique opportunity for Vietnam Investment Nurturing Hub community to connect, learn, and gain direct insights from leading Private Equity (PE) and Investment Banking (IB) practitioners. Our guest speakers will share their invaluable experience and deep understanding of the practicalities of PE and M&A transactions in Vietnam, highlighting the key factors for deal success.

Our esteemed guests possess extensive experience in deal execution and post-investment management at top-tier funds and leading corporations across Vietnam:

NGUYEN KHANH QUYNH, CFA

Mr. Quynh Nguyen, CFA is currently the Investment Director at Stavian Group, cum CEO of Stavian VP, a member of Stavian Group, one of largest industrial groups specializing in chemical, petrochemical, paper and high-tech materials. At Stavian Group, Quynh is in charge of M&A, corporate restructuring, and strategic investments of the group.

Before Stavian, Quynh has over 3 years working for PAN Group, holding leadership positions: Chairman (PAN Hulic), CEO (PAN Farm), Director (VinaSEED), Supervisory Board Member (Vietnam Fumigation Company), Head of M&A (PAN Group).

Prior to PAN, Quynh was with SSI Asset Management (SSIAM), holding positions from Analyst to Portfolio Manager, covering portfolios in agriculture sector. Besides being a dealmaker, Quynh was deeply involved in post-investment activities, including work-outs and restructurings, supporting in value creation.

Quynh holds a Bachelor Degree from Hanoi Foreign Trade University, MBA degree from Ritsumeikan University (Japan), CFA Charter (CFA Institutes, USA) and Fund Management License by SSC.

Mr. NGUYEN CONG HAO

Mr. Hao Nguyen is currently the Deputy CEO of Finance at KIDO Group, spearheading M&A, fund raising, and international business development initiatives. He has over 18 years’ experience in PE investments, corporate finance, restructuring, M&A strategy development and execution in Vietnam.

Before KIDO Group, Mr. Hao had spent more than 10 years working at leading PE fund managers such as VinaCapital, AIMCapital and SEAF. He successfully conducted investments in FMCG, F&B, e-commerce, agriculture and healthcare sectors. Besides, he had 3 years directing corporate finance, investment strategies, fund raising and restructuring plans at Viet Thai International, a leading group in F&B retail (owner of Highlands Coffee and distributor of Aldo, Swarovski) in Vietnam.
